Hotel Savvy doesn't charge your card at the time of booking, nor do we store your card data. Your card is passed securely through to your hotel, and the hotel will charge for your stay based on your booking terms.
Guarantee only: Some hotels consider the card for guarantee purposes only, so they will not charge the card in advance, but use it for guarantee purposes (only charging if you no-show or cancel after your cancellation deadline). In that case, you'll present a card at check-in for payment.
Full prepays or deposit required rates: If you have booked a pre-paid, non-refundable rate, or rate requiring an advance deposit, the card may be charged anytime after your booking is confirmed.
Your email confirmation has a cancel button (at the bottom), or you may contact your hotel directly.
Please get in touch with your hotel directly; you'll find their phone number in your email confirmation.
